Us: A Love Story
The Hekima Film Discussion SeriesĀ is the Stone Center's lunchtime discussions about films from across the African diaspora. The films selected for the series focus around the Center's fall theme: Passion and Remembrance: Dislocation/Relocation/Diaspora (D/R/D).
Presented in flashbacks and dream sequences, Us: A Love Story examines the relationship of an interracial couple from a historical perspective and that of the current state of blacks and whites in America.
Lunch will be provided by the Stone Center.
