Olympia Friday, Public Relations Officer
Olympia Friday is a native North Carolinian and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BS in business administration. Prior to joining the Stone Center, she held positions as a marketing specialist and marketing & public relations coordinator. In 2001, she was an instrumental member of the launch team for News 14 Carolina, North Carolina’s first 24-hour television news channel. She also earned a MA in English and professional communication from East Carolina University in 2008. Olympia enjoys volunteering in the community and has volunteered with Community Learning Partners, Kids Voting of Wake County, The Literacy Council of Wake County, and The Town of Morrisville Community Appearance Committee. She is currently volunteering her PR and marketing skills to Dignity U Wear and the Kidney Coaching Foundation.
